It was warm again for about 3 days, but the temps have dropped back down into the low 70's - high 60's during the day. Mr OP and I walk on a trail that runs along the creek (we pronounce it crick). The leaves are turning bright orange, red and yellow and starting to fall. Do you know what I mean when I say, "I love the smell of fallen leaves?"
We have been seeing deer in the fields during our walks, does and their fawns, but no bucks. There are always Canadian geese, white ducks and brown ducks swimming in the water. It's a true wonderland. Walking after work helps me to decompress.
There's so much going on at our office. The Grace Kelly exhibit opens the end of the month and we are coordinating TV appearances with national morning shows, national and international magazines and newspapers, plus the online scene. It's all very exciting, but it's also a lot of work .
Our Texans are coming next week - yipee! I'm soo excited, I can hardly contain myself. I've got lists on my lists of things that I want to get done before they get here. It's Flyboy's birthday this Saturday and our Fireman's Flame has a birthday on the 23, so I'm planning a double header birthday celebration while everyone is here.
I must say that I'm disappointed in a lot of the new network TV shows. I do like Sleepy Hollow, and The Originals (a spin off on Vampire Diaries), but other than that I haven't seen anything that wows me. I don't like reality TV shows like Survivor, The Voice, Dancing with the Stars, etc.
Do you have a favorite new TV show? Maybe I'm just not watching the right ones!
